MWM TCG 3016

The MWM TCG 3016 gas engine introduces a new era of energy efficiency, combining compact design with outstanding reliability, durability, and performance in the 400 kWe to 800 kWe range. As the most space-efficient engine in the MWM portfolio, it helps reduce both installation complexity and ongoing operational costs. The integration of the intelligent Total Plant and Energy Management (TPEM) system ensures high availability and streamlined plant performance. With advanced oil system optimization and state-of-the-art cylinder and turbocharger technology, the TCG 3016 sets a new standard for dependable, long-term power generation.

Generator Reliability

The particle-free combustion, with pre-chamber spark plugs, extends the service intervals for the exhaust gas heat exchanger and reduces service costs compared to other combustion methods.

Optimum
Efficiency

All components relevant for efficiency and power output are monitored by the TEM. The new, upgraded wastegate in particular ensures a more efficient operation with changing conditions.

Turbo
Power

The high-pressure turbocharger A140, with an improved wastegate, allows operation with a broader air intake temperature range and up to higher altitudes.
